 There are places in a community that do more than serve. They lift people. They restore families. They create hope where hope once felt out of reach. VSW has become that place.

As 2025 draws to a close, the impact within our doors is unmistakable. Adults with disabilities are stepping into classrooms, workspaces, and community activities with a level of confidence many families once feared they would never see. They are growing, learning, laughing, making friends, and taking part in daily life with pride.

This year alone, participants strengthened essential academic skills, practiced workplace habits, and learned daily living tasks that build independence. Growth Tuesdays brought professionals from across the Fox Valley to teach skills that spark possibility. Weekly money management outings helped participants handle real-life situations that once felt out of reach. Volunteers, families, educators, and business partners walked beside them and created an uplifting environment filled with encouragement and respect.

Families feel the change most deeply.

VSW has also become a gathering point for the Fox Valley. Businesses, schools, and churches walk alongside our participants, showing that inclusion strengthens all of us. Here, adults with disabilities shape their own futures through real opportunities that highlight their abilities and hope.
